What to Expect Upon Arrival and Departure
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our hotel team members who will share more about physical distancing measures and direct you toward check-in.
At this time, valet service will not be available to limit contact – self-parking will be available at select hotels.
We have implemented a limited contact check-in process for your hotel stay. Please have your ID ready. You will receive a key card that is sanitized between each use and information will be provided to you via Paige, our Virtual Concierge.
With the city mandated guidelines some of our amenities may have changed for the moment. Please check your pre-arrival email or our Amenities Pages for more details.
While amenities may have changed, we are still excited to offer you amenities that keep you fit and healthy, like bike rentals and our Well + Fit kit.
Bellman service will be available upon request with added safety protocols in place (including elevator use guidelines, guest room door luggage drop only).
Guest Rooms & Housekeeping
A sanitized key will be provided for your stay and limited number of room reservations will be accepted each night.
While we are not encouraging daily housekeeping service for safety measures, it will be available upon request – extra blankets, pillows will also be available upon request.
Guests can learn more about available services by sending a text to Paige, our Virtual Concierge – information on Paige will be provided at check-in by the desk agent.

Amenities and Guest Services
Due to new physical distancing measures and processes in place, some of our services and amenities may differ or may not be currently available or operating, such as complimentary coffee service, spirit hour, among others.

Contactless measures have been implemented when possible to maintain safe physical distancing measures, including use of chip readers and emailed receipts.
